For years, one of the clerks in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Malaybalay City collected used staple wires in a jar. This is a very common sight in most government offices in the Philippines, but this one is the largest amount of used staple wires I have seen. An indication of the volume of paperwork that goes on in the office.
